ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Login Failed

When I shut down and compact database I receive this warning:

ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Login Failed

! Not enough space on temporary disk

I've been shutting down like this for years, never seen this problem.
The machine is a new Windows 10 machine with loads of memory.

    Anyone else encountered this?

    Thanks!

Clicking OK brings up the following message

There was a problem compacting and/or repairing the database.

    C:\Users\Myname\DOCUME~1\SELLER~2\Sites\Site1\SHIPCO~1\SimpleShipping.mdb
    with the database
    C:\Users\Myname\DOCUME~1\SELLER~2\Sites\Site1\SHIPCO~1\tempSimpleShipping.mdb

The reported error was: Driver's configDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed
Please use Explorer to investigate the problem.

Those errors have occurred before, pretty much all when compacting the database.

It can happen with a shared folder. Is this something you're doing?

        Hi Mike,

        Thanks for the reply.

No not saving or backing up to a shared folder. Using the same process as I have used for years. I always compact the database on closing Sellerdeck.

Anyway. I couldn't solve the issue so I rolled back to my last back up and it's once again closing, compacting and backing up OK. No idea what went wrong.

It sounds like a corruption error of some kind. Glad to hear it's sorted.
