File Structure?

I've had a few problems after moving SD14 back in August which I think may be related to File Structure. Have a look at the attached screenshot - Is "Site1" where it should be?

It depends what folder that is within. Normally the Sellerdeck 2014 Site1 folder would be in:
C:\Users\[username]\Documents\SellerDeck 2014\Sites
