    Responsive Wireframe Explained

I can see that there are the 2 themes that work out of the box, smart and classic but then there is a wireframe theme. Searching the help there is no mention of this theme. Nothing I could see in the starter guide.

Choosing this design and then going on to Current Stylesheet, brings up something with no CSS at all from what I can see.

My assumption is that this is so we can change the theme by adding in relevant css but some help or mention would be appreciated. Otherwise surely just leave it out. Not sure I could build all that css from scratch.

It is a shame because this is the less blocky of the 3! designs. By the time you have contact details line, login, that huge search bar, terms and conditions and social media all on different lines that are in the Smart theme then the products are appearing below the fold. You will have a bounce rate in the 70%'s with that layout.

Has anyone got any insight in how best to use this wireframe?

The wireframe is a starting framework to help create your own design ... rather than starting from scratch you can take the basic guidelines and code in your own design and save hours of work.

The wireframe is not intended to be used "as is" for a website .. more a cheat sheet to get you going. It assumes you are a developer with HTML / CSS knowledge and not afraid to get stuck in at the deep end.
