I uploaded my site last night and and found that at the end of the checkout when you click Confirm Order the button just changes to Saving Your Order and that's it nothing more.

I use SagePay and PayPal and neither work from this button. I have added PayPal Express to get some sales for today.

Quite strangely though I had 2 sale from this button today. I did contact one of them and ask if they had any problems with the checkout process and they didn't.

I have searched the forum for answers to this but nothing seems to work and have left this now with support.

Has any one else found this?

Try deleting the error.err file in your acatalog folder on the web server.

This is absolutely enormous with errors going back to 2007 and I'd have thought could cause processing problems.

It also has a number of recent 'Stale lock', 'Cart expiry' and missing configuration file errors that you should really look into and fix.

There are a few problems. Can't see the confirm order as the checkout has no invoice fields and sidebar is dropping which suggests an upgrade or layout problem. Chrome gives an SSL error see Secure Content. Also an error "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS /acatalog/sellerdeck.min.map [via os000001.pl] 404 (Not Found)".

I realised this as soon as I posted.

The check out you see at the moment is just a bodge job so that some customers might be able to buy something and not the check out that was not working.

I have bought this up with support but not got an answer yet. I will call them with your ideas to hopefully speed them up a bit.

How do I get to see what your seeing?

If you contact SellerDeck Support they should make it a priority issue if customers cannot place an order. For the Chrome browser the developer tools can be viewed from the Tools menu.
