Marketing Carousel link directly to download

Is it possible to get a marketing carousel link to link directly to a download link elsewhere?

I have a PDF manual, which is just listed as a download link on another page, without an additional product page being generated for it. I'd like to make a marketing carousel that links directly to the actual download, rather than the page hosting this fragment.

Is it possible? Anybody else done it before?

Presumably you just need to link to the download file rather than the page.

Nevermind. I've fixed this.

Just made a new copy layout of the original carousel and changed the link for ProductName variable to the ProductLinkInfo variable.
