Saving Carts

Is it possible to save multiple carts giving them a ref and retrieve them individually without over writing them. We would like our customers to use our site as a quoting tool, make alterations over a period of days to refine the order and then submit it.

The standard cart only allows you to save one copy of the cart, a second save will overwrite the original saved cart. Saving multiple carts would require custom software to schieve your requirements.
