I have just updated my catalogue Sellerdeck 2013 to Sellerdeck 2014, and in the process it has become the business version.
I have had a large order go through which has failed the fraud check but the only problem seems to be that it says "sub-client specified by parameter band" next to each item.
I have never had this before. Is this something specific to Business which was not in catalogue? As far as I can see from the customer account it is just a regular account with no "sub-client" . Certainly the person who is ordering is a small one man company which is at the address to which the goods are being shipped and at which the credit card is registered.
Is there some new feature in business that I need to be aware of in relation to customer accounts or does this mean something else?
We have had some cc fraud on the webshop last year so I am very keen to avoid it again and am quite rigorous about the fraud checking.
