We do one based on PHP and MySql, currently available for V10, V11 and 2013, needs some work on the layouts to be compatible with responsive design for 2014 but the basic software will work on all the listed versions. You will need a host who can provide a MySql database to hold the wish lists and can run PHP, contact me by PM for more details or use the link in my signature to plug ins
