I'm trying to set-up Shipping Charges so that it's a Standard Fixed Price for each.
This was done to enable me to make certain products exempt from shipping charges using the tick box "Exclude From Shipping Band Calculation" in the Product Design Tab on a product by product basis.
Within the Shipping & Handling Tab i changed the Location Basis to Simple and entered the cost of shipping.
The site was published, now two problems;
The tick box "Exclude From Shipping Band Calculation" in the Product Design Tab is now greyed out and cannot be ticked/un-ticked.
When i try a test purchase, the new standard shipping charge is automatically added to the value of the basket but with no explanation for the customer on why the amount is now what it is.
Any thoughts?
