Section pages and Single Page per Product

I have done several upgrades to the 2014 responsive design and I am still finding new built in options, a comprehensive manual would be a big help.

The whole "options" and "settings" areas need a re-vamp. Currently you have to hunt around

settings - business settings
settings - site options
setting - search and filtering
design - design options
design - text
network setup

and of course then there is the Library.

For example - options regarding placing of Quantity are in Design Options, but "quantity always 1" is tucked into Setting/Business Settings/ordering. Who is deciding what is a "business setting" and what is a "design option"? - and who cares anyway as these two things are talking about the Quantity of an ordered item so really should be on the same page next to each other.

I'd like to see one single "Settings" page with everything on it.
