Help needed with product layout

I am thinking of putting the Tabber jQuery from Norman below all this so this could go on the right and leave the rest as it currently is.

To move the elements as you require could be done but may not be quick to do. Many of them have set styles. It would require custom work.

I suppose this is the same if I add Tabber jQuery on the right instead?!

Quite likely yes, you can't simply position something on the right side of elements without custom work.
