    Order Processing

When you click on Orders and click on Customer and then click Ship, it still stays in the Pending list until you press Complete from what I can tell

Fair enough, but no matter what I do, Mr SD still wants to print it all out. I've set it to print to Adobe so as not to waste paper

Question is, is there a way to just press Complete, and it puts the order in to the Completed list without it wanting to print to anything - if that makes sense?

Pressing Cancel does nothing, as it still wants to print to something and it's getting on my nerves to be honest

I'm using auto download for orders and customer accounts if that might shed some light on things

    Thanks

See Business Settings | Order Processing | One Step Order Completion group. Actions taken when you complete are there for the choosing.

I've been working with Actinic / Sellerdeck for 10 years, Kev, and I'm still finding new settings!

I have to say, I like to sort things out myself and learn it etc, but some things I just loose the will and have to ask for help despite having SD since 2007, but I've never used the 'Customer Accounts' facility before as I've not needed it

SD has bucket loads of settings that unless you're working on it 24/7, the average user can come unstuck

You have sorted this glitch for me and I'm dead grateful for that, many thanks for bothering to help me

Can I add something to this again as it's still bugging me. Orders stay in my Pending list until you do something

I've attached my image of my One Click Operation settings. First of all, I have to click each Line Item that a customer has ordered in order for me to 'Ship' it - that is not One Click Operation to me, that is using the shift button and clicking each item

Secondly, I HAVE to have Print Data Entry Report checked, otherwise the order still stays in the Pending list even when I click Complete, it does not move to the Completed list at all for me

With Data Entry Report checked, this is the only way I can get a order to move to the Completed list, but, SD wants to print this information out

I just want to confirm each item, click Ship, Complete and off it goes in to my Completed list - no printing of anything is required

            Thanks
