Moving 'Also Bought' items

I'm struggling with this one for moving the 'Also Bought' item list as per attached image. I've 'commented it out' on the checkout page as you don't need to repeat the same thing you've already seen when you click Add To Cart

What I'm wanting to do is keep the 'Also Bought' list but have it below the 'Update, Save, Retrieve, Continue, Checkout Now' icons

I'm not sure what layout or page I can do this on. Every time I click on something in Design View, I get taken to a separate Layout Code and being that I've just paid out several thousand pounds to have it made "Responsive" I seriously don't want to mess it up

You can try going to Design Library, in Shopping Cart Table the layout View Cart Page Shopping Cart Grid copy the lines Also Bought and Related Products, then go to Web Page Inner Layout and View Cart Bulk Area RWD and paste them at the bottom.
