If you are using this you had better check your Global Iris Reporting page, and be aware!

AVS Address and AVS Postcode are not being passed to Realex, So they are not being checked at the banks!

These details were passed in previous versions and are an integral part of the fraud score.

I am onto support at both Realex and Sellerdeck.

Please can you sort this out Sellerdeck? A difficult integration now isn't actually usable!

Because the Address and Postcode arent actually checked.. they dont technically 'fail' this means Realex gives them a high score resulting in good fraud scores of 92+.

So it looks good in the fraud panel.... but the address and postcode isnt even checked. This is potentially disasterous.. (and it was all working fine in the previous version)

It looks like this issue from 3 years ago is still present in the latest Realex OCC code!

And nor is the ability to have the customer return automatically to the site after purchase, meaning email confirmations aren't being sent out unless the sharp-eyes customer spots the link to click.

I've tested both and they work on the new integration, with accurate scores being recorded and auto re-direct triggering the confirmation emails.

Quite *why* Sellerdeck left these bits of code out is beyond me. Sloppy.
