Problems uploading to the site in Sellerdeck

    Hi,
Our site has been fine until last Thursday when we started having issues uploading to the site with our site changes.

It basically starts to upload but then hangs at Word Index, and hangs for about 5 mins or so before various error messages come up. Two of the most recent are:

    Failed message 1
    An FTP error occurred: -
Request: ->Opening connection to ftp.karaokeemporium.co.uk on port 21
Error: The code segment cannot be greater than or equal to 64K.

    Failed Message 2
    An FTP error occurred: -
Request: ->Opening connection to ftp.karaokeemporium.co.uk on port 21
Error: The storage control blocks were destroyed.

We're using V1402PFXA. We were using V1401PBIA and thought we'd try the latest update to see if it fixed it, but it's still the same unfortunately.

Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks,
    Matt

The code segment cannot be greater than or equal to 64K.
A quick search suggests that is a MS windows error. Are you using a windows server?

no, it's Linux. We've now had all sorts of errors. I think the database is corrupt so we're a bit screwed :S

Not too sure what we do now. Our last backup of the database seems to be corrupt too.

If it really is the Sellerdeck database that is corrupt then this is one for Sellerdeck support, unless you have Access available, if so you can try to repair the database with it.
