Refresh site then download orders or other way round?

    Hi

I've been having problems and support have been helping. Apparently my isp wont talk to their servers (long story) so support have told me to install sellerdeck 2016 and use the trial as a temporary measure so I can at least download my orders.
Now I can't remember whether they said to download orders first or do a website refresh once I've installed 2016 - can someone please advise?

    Thank you
    Thank you
    Kind regards
    Joanne

Generally if the web site does not match the SellerDeck install on your desktop it will not download the orders, which should be the case if you are now using SellerDeck 2016 and have never downloaded the orders.

But if in doubt check with support.
