Following on from this thread http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=56212 I still cant get Sellerdeck to work on the new server. I took out support and upgraded to V14 and then support spent time seeing if it was something they could resolve (cant speak highly enough of the help they gave me) they were able to upload successfully to their test server which proved no software issues.
Support obviously dont get involved in server issues.
Server hosts say server is setup to default and is okay, speak to Sellerdeck.
I have a server support contract with an Indian company but they keep asking for the software so they can replicate the issue as they can't see anything wrong.
Is anyone here for hire to diagnose what is wrong with a Linux server?
