Site Options - Option Missing?????

I have been wondering why I couldn't change the layout of the checkout. I was looking through the help pages and it depicts a field for changing the default layout for the checkout. I don't have that in V14.03. I looked in Version 16 and it does have it there. Where did that go? Looks like I have more missing, should be 12 selectors, I have 9. I haven't got View Cart layout either, nor login.

Please see screenshot of what it should be and what I have in V14.03. Could you please check and see what you have in yours? Many thanks.

I tried uninstalling and the installed the Sellerdeck V14.03 again. The new version had all the missing layout selectors As soon as I imported my snapshot they dissapeared again. Which files determine the site options? How do I get them back please? I would be ever so grateful if someone could help me.

I had this problem with some custom filters that I made.

Try dragging a product to another position in the content tree and dropping it.

Do the missing layouts return on the dropped product?

Hi Jason. The layouts are actually missing in site options. They are main layouts, such as those determining checkout , login and cart. In site options/ layouts./site

I know Karen, I read the first post.

Just try it to see if it works, and compact database.

I have had this problem and it was resolved by dragging and dropping products.

Ah thanks so much Jason. I'll check it out when I'm on the computers fingers crossed that works for me to as it's quite a major thing. I wonder why a snapshot wipes things that should study in place?

Hi Jason. That didn't work for me. The layouts were never on the products anyway, they were part of the site options. Or am I being dumb?
