Cut and paste issue

I am using Windows 10, dual monitors, SD14.0.3

Is anyone having the same issue as me - Clicking "Copy Order Number to the Clipboard" is flaky, as when pasting into (for instance) Outlook 2010 New Email, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't?

Always worked fine before upgrading to W10....

Does pasting work OK if you use CTRL-V instead of the Paste command?
