My Sellerdeck (administrator) is working fine. Yesterday Microsoft did some auto updates when we closed down. Today on the computer used to do the "order shipped" emails (order processor, secondary user) he is getting error messages starting with "SellerDeck failed to open the database . The database may be corrupt or the version may be newer than expected.
This prevents SellerDeck working etc"
We have tried shutting down both computers but the error still comes up on the order processor computer only. My computer runs Windows 7 Pro, other is Windows 8.1.
I don't understand how the same database can be OK on one computer but not on the other. Any suggestions?
