Unusual viewing activity.

Sorry this is not software related but I thought I'd put this on the busiest section.

I just checked analytics and noticed 2 large spikes on my viewing figures ( 1st and 5th Nov) way way above normal.

Delving a bit deeper I discovered they were from the same place in the USA on both days. Nothing seems wrong with the site but noticed it is taking a bit longer to shut down although maybe that's just me being paranoid now.

Is there an innocent explanation for those 2 spikes or should I be concerned.

The chances are that it's just someone on a busy US forum linking to a product you have. If you look at your stats you might find that one page in particular is getting a lot hits.
