Number of checkout pages

I've been advised that it takes 4 clicks to order a product from my site - I totally agree, so how do I cut this down please as it's seriously doing my head in

Surely it can be cut down. Check the attached images going from Shopping Cart to actually being able to pay - it's a nightmare

if you deselect "agree to T&Cs in checkout" option in Business Settings, you should (I think...) lose that page. You can then move the T&Cs box to one of the other checkout pages. I'm not well enough versed in code to walk you through the steps but that is the general principle.

Not perfect, but one less page.

I'm sure that is what I did.. Long time ago so I can't remember exactly.
