changing default order recived mail on MOTO

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone knew how to change the default "order received mail" to "order received HTML inner layout" on the new order (or MOTO) form . I keep forgetting to re select the correct layout. I've tried deleting the old layout but it seems this is not allowed .
