    Truncated

When I send a New Product that I have added there is a error box comes up to say it has been Truncated what does this mean

It could be lots of things including having a product name which is too long. Did you try searching the forum?

Try searching the forum using the exact error message that you are seeing.

If that doesn't help, let us know the exact error message that you are seeing.

Look in the Content tree at these products and see if there's anything unusual (or overlong) about their Name or Description. Also check the Section they are in for Name, Description.

It's best to try to get to the bottom of these errors. Data truncation may have an effect elsewhere, and may also interrupt part of the upload process so it does not fully complete.

Look in Design | Content Categories - do you have anything other than 'Standard' under the 'Product' sub-heading?

Is it just the two products in your example or many more? If it's just the two then you could try deleting the product (not purging) and seeing if that stops the error. If it does, manually recreate new replacement products and then purge out the old ones.

Do you have Sellerdeck support? They should be able to trace the exact error in the application and advise as to the cause.
