YouTube videos in Sellerdeck

Hi everyone.

I am having a look at embedding some YouTube videos using the features already available in Sellerdeck 2014. However, it would seem that YouTube has changed the way it manages channel url's. And a channel url is needed (so far as I can tell) to enable the feature in Sellerdeck.

In Sellerdeck, in Site Options and the Social Media tab, the Custom url wants to take the form of:
https://www.youtube.com/user/....

However, our YouTube channel seems to take the form of:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/...

In other words, they have done away with the 'user' part of the url.

Does anyone have any bright ideas to help me with this, or is there a known workaround?

I just use the embed code from whatever youtube video - the codes - right click the video and copy embed code...

Thanks for your reply. I will give that a go... do you just paste it in to a fragment?

You can do that but with !!<<code>>!! around the code or drop it in the embed video field in the product tab

The only issue I've found is that with the embedded code in a product description it tries to load the video in MOTO which makes everything slow. I guess a blockif would probably help.
