ActinicSimpleShipping14 ODBC fault

Hi all,

I have tried all the solutions in here suggested to recover from the fault that won't let sellerdeck open.

Is the ONLY solution really to un-install sellerdeck and restart?

That fault occurs when trying to upload. Are you sure that's the issue you're having?

Fault on start of sellerdeck

The fault is occuring when starting the sellerdeck software.

Trying to import a backup at the moment and see if it will allow that.

I did ask support to resolve this but have heard nothing in 2 days and getting a bit annoyed now as i cant acces or change the site online

Have you tried repairing the .mdb database? Make a back up copy first.
