1 product in a category

Hi ya'll

can someone advise. I am using 1 product per page, but a couple of sections I need there to just be 1 product within that category, but I cant get it to remove the sub-section bit where its showing "view product" which is designed for multiple products within that section.

I basically need 1 product with all the add to cart etc within the top level category and remove the need to click "view product" when in that section

Hope this makes sense?
