Ta. Not sure what link branding is (?!) so will investigate. 1and1/ Ionos manages our DNS so should be feasible though all I really want is to be able to put in our own urls without them being substituted by SendGrid.

For now i've had to remove all our url links because the SendGrid substitutes don't work and just trigger our default 404 page (which goes to our home page).

I've had some interesting feedback from someone relatively senior at ionos about the future of their SMTP servers. Will post about this when situation confirmed. Which forum is best to post in about this?

Interesting. Maybe the Upload, Server, Email, Network Settings & Connection Problems forum would be best.

I have to say that though our links are replaced, they do all work, so there seems to be something else going on there for you. You could try contacting them. I did in the past and they were fairly friendly.
