Some time ago one of my shops stopped sending order confirmation emails entirely, and then just as suddenly started sending them again, but in plain text and only to the store owner, not the customers. Now a second one of my shops has started doing the same.
Has anybody else seen this behaviour? All the settings in the design library are correct. I'm thinking it must be something to do with the host (Heart) but would welcome any thoughts/workarounds. I am trying to avoid moving mail servers.
