Re-installing SD_2016_16.03.0_RBUC

Hello all

I had a PC crash last week and trying to re-install SD16 back on Windows 10. New install and new SSD Hard drive, same thing happened last year and all was ok, however SD will not for love or money install as per attached screen shots. constant issues with "Prerequisites" and installation hangs at exactly 43%

In the option boxes I can only untick the 2nd box, yet the first box I cannot do this and as you can see from the images, it's saying "Wrong Size".....??

Has anyone ever had this or know anything that I can possibly do please?

The error suggests that Microsoft have altered the download file sine the Sellerdeck installer was built.

You can download the pre-requisite from http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...redist_x86.EXE to a temporary folder and then run the exe.

After this, you should be able to run the Sellerdeck installer as it won't need to install the pre-requisite.

Same happened to me Christmas eve 2021 and yes its those files needed then the installer will run.
