Hello
Anyone had this pop up that says
"SellerDeck failed to open the database DSN=ActinicSimpleShipping16.
The database may be corrupt or the version may be newer than expected.
This prevents SellerDeck working.
The error was:
Cannot open database '(unknown)'. It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.
Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
Please refer to the troubleshooting section in the MU Installation and User guide for possible solutions.
A critical problem has been encountered while accessing the database.
If using MS Access databases then this may be due to an old version of the database(s). Check the version of the databases (ActincCatalog.mdb and SimpleShipping.mdb using MS Access and if the version is older than Access 2000 then convert them to MS Access 2000 or 2007 format.
Please contact SellerDeck support if you are unable to do this. Make sure you keep a backup copy of the original database."
It was fine on June 16th and backed up fine, but today just now the above has occured
The most recent Windows 11 update I had was June 14th so I've no idea what the heck this is all about
Any advice please guru's :-)
Thanks so much
