Upgrading to v16

So I followed the instructions in the admin post http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=56408 and there is no option to upgrade at all under "Action" even though I have an active cover contract.

Unhelpfully, admin then deleted my post saying this and made the "thread" a closed one.

Anyone else frustrated by this?

We have now resolved this problem and you should now see the "Upgrade" option. Could you please try again?

I did have the same problem but I got my key by emailing SellerDeck. Once you have SellerDeck 2016 installed if you use the Extensions Catalogue tab you can finish up here on the forum. So I now have the forum inside my SellerDeck desktop.
