After upgrade to 2016 components appear in a line

Upgrade to 2016 went smoothly for first site tried except components now appear in a line, instead of beneath each other, and the check box is not in line with the text.

Can anyone suggest how to fix - I am out of ideas.

Have you fixed this? It looks OK?

Some inouts need a clear:left float:left style to line up OK, out of the box they are often clear:none;float:left which can lead to some odd laying out.
