I came across this during trying to sort some problems out. This is a really easy tool to Compare two text files.

I use WinMerge as runs on the PC and can compare big files. It also let's you move bits of code from one file to the other.

Online one would be useful for comparing layouts between versions. Paste code from each versions layout into the panes and compare.
