When I open SellerDeck 2016 I get the following errors, any ideas.

Are you on Windows 10? there's a known bug:

"Support Advisory
unable to load odbcji32.dll
A recent Windows 10 update negatively affects some critical system drivers. This causes an error in FileCenter & FileConvert: odbcjt32.dll missing or unable to load odbcji32.dll. To restore the drivers, see this Knowledge Base article."

Solution apparently here (not tested).
