Associate Product Options/Attributes With Add To Cart Button

Hello,

Has anyone ever been able to create a product with multiple add to cart buttons linked to the product options?

So here: http://www.cashregistersforsale.co.u...sio-SE-G1.html

Instead of having 4 products beneath the 'main' product I'm looking to put those products as options within the main product, but with each option having its own Add To Cart button.
