« idShowHide » button translation + Monetary formatting

I want to translate in French the « idShowHide » button in the « Add to cart confirmation » page !
Where can I do the translation ?
In French, money formatting is different :

« $9.99 » become « 9,99 $ ».
Is there a « simple » way to change the money formatting in SD ?

I am not sure exactly what version you are working on but your comment suggest code that is in V16.

If that is the case, the layout to modify depends on which responsive 'Theme' you have set i.e. Classic or Smart.

We had the same problem and we have the classic theme as per ...

To see what we have adjust the browser window to see the changes to the mobile responsive view.

I think we have solved it. I attach our mod to this layout
Design/Design Library/Layouts/Mini Menu/Classic Mini Menu (yours might be Smart Mini Menu)
