Have just had my old V12 site back from Andy at Codepath who takes in your old sitemap and extracts all the products and choices etc and installs them onto a new V2016 site at a cost of a few hundred, which i consider great value
Apparently he can work with all versions so you can have a fresh start on either the same version or a later one, Mine was a combination of upgrades from i thing V4 or 5 so loads of old crap on it
