Ebay Extension

We've not tried this, yet...

Just needed to know any feedback / comment / experiences on this...

Mainly would like to know about installing / setup,
and using this eg. workflow
- I assume feedback is not handled in Sellerdeck, so we still need to login to ebay to do that?

Currently I'm thinking of just creating a new site just for ebay orders...
- not bothered about stock control etc.

No response... I assume no one's using this....

We've been called up by Royal Mail to switch (from oba) to their "Click and Drop" for ebay/amazon...

I was wondering how that affects the workflow using this extension...

This will probably lead to whether Sellerdeck will integrate this kind of feature from Royal Mail
(a bit like the GFS integration)

Thanks for the link... it gives the basics of what it does, what I reaaly need is feedback from anyone who uses this feature...

So far my experience:

I've created a new site, no stock etc, just setup to download ebay orders, no stock control required.

From the first download, it downloaded orders that are 7 days+ old...
nothing within the week, nor even today.

Problem #1: We complete all orders daily, downloading orders over 7 days old is wrong?
Problem #2: Where are today's orders??

I've stopped at this point.

If carried on and use Royal Mail's "click and complete", workflow-wise, I assume:

#1 : Sellerdeck : download ebay orders
#2 : Sellerdeck : complete orders + print invoice
#3 : Ebay : Royal Mail Click and Complete + print bar coded labels
#4 : Sellerdeck : download orders, tracking numbers received from ebay?
#5 : Sellerdeck : email customer with tracking number

I've tried (half heartedly as not vital to us) to get the extension working, but failed so far. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback... Nice to know that I'm not the only one struggling with this...

I was just revisiting my test site... and it doesn't seem to work at all...

See attached screenshots, the management & config windows don't work.

Reinstalled using "repair" option

Now ebay extension menu items are completely missing

Uninstalled ebay extension, and then re-installed

ebay is still missing (even the help is missing), BUT, it's listed in the extension list...
