Unsent order emails - bug?

Each day when I close sellerdeck it says there are emails to send - when I check under operations / emails there are lots of order shipped emails waiting.

I do not have one click ordering on - I send all emails through the order as normal - sellerdeck will not let me close until I either send (bad idea as they already were done so from the order when shipped) or I delete them all Annoying.

Support have suggested switching off one click ordering, this did not resolve it.

Is it definitely the order shipped emails.

i have found that it tends to be the account created emails that are not getting sent.

you can check the type of emails that have not sent by doing the following

Operations > List Emails > All Emails

Are you using a sql or access db?

Seems to just be order shipped ones - ordinary install of 2016 using the access db, support did look at it but seemed to think it was because I wasn't sending shipped emails immediately!

I do not have automated ordering - or one click, I sometimes drop ship so dont send order shipped emails until later in the day - very annoying the 2016 keeps building these unsent ones up - BTW even if I have sent them manually they still appear unsent in the operations / emails tab and prevent the program closing unless I delete before so,

I only ask because we do the same process as you however it is only the user account emails that get left behind.

Support could not get to the bottom of this one, still frustrating at the end of the day the warning appears to send emails, I have sent all I need to send!

The only way to stop the warning is operations / emails and toggle delete.

Problem is that deletes them from the mail tab in the orders so I cannot view what I have sent from that order again!

I have a standard out of the box 2016 without one click ordering on.....

We get the same and keep accidentally hitting it when closing down

Understand its fixed in next V2016 update whenever that may be as beta 2 now been out nearly a month

I have had a ticket open with support for ages - thanks Chris, why they never said is beyond me.
