Remote access software

i've been trialling Google Chrome remote desktop which is a free chrome browser extension which is cross platform to allow remote access. I've found it works very well except with Sellerdeck. As soon as Sellerdeck is running, nothing becomes clickable, though you can still love the mouse/cursor but it will not interact with anything.

Has anyone else tried it and experienced the same ?

I'm not loving anything. Just trying to support one of my Sellerdeck clients because they can't.

I use https://www.teamviewer.com/en/ and it is faultless.

Same here, we use teamviewer and there are no issues with Sellerdeck. It isn't free for business use though.

We use Logmein Pro. Has got me out of many a hole both on work and personal stuff.

Team Viewer fees are relatively modest and Logmein' charging setup is getting a bit steep and complex

I've just looked back at our invoices and you're right, LogMeIn has doubled in price (to us at least) in two years. I will look at Team Viewer when our contract comes up for renewal next May.
