Problem importing file to V16.0.1

I have been trying to import a Hierarchical file into V16.0.1 which seems to import the file ok but after importing it the snapshot and some other features refuse to work and come up with that send file to sellerdeck

Have tried Compacting after import before trying snapshot etc to no avail

Enclosed a txt file but actually tried to import the same data in both txt and csv format

You could try something simpler Chris to see what happens. Try just importing one line, something like this:

Header:Product	Product Reference
Product	0JW23500

It still does the same Duncan and evn on 16.2

Sounds like bug SD-1254 as mentioned in the "poor support" thread?

Problem solved by Gary Green at SD, so simple but so frustrating a product on the import file ST298 was labeled as st298 but with a large number of products entered over many years not a easy thing to spot
