Morning all.
Logged a ticket with SellerDeck yesterday, but it never hurts to see if anybody else has encountered similar issues.
We have our SQL server connected to ActinicCatalog.mdb via an ODBC linked table.
If we update, add or delete records via access, the changes go through to the server fine.
If we attempt to do any of the above via SellerDeck, the data changes on the SQL server, however all products no longer appear inside of SellerDeck.
This issue is only affecting sites with a large database of products. Our primary site with large products is heatedtowelrails4u.co.uk (HTR4U) - This has just over 4,000 products. radiatorvalves4u.co.uk (RV4U) has around 300 products, and there are no issues with products inside of SellerDeck
Another issue, if we delete from the website, and commit a purge, we get an ODBC call fail. This is effective on ALL Sellerdeck websites.
We are updated to the latest version of SellerDeck.
Has anybody else had similar issues with ODBC?
TIA!
