Product options/attributes - remove option text list?

Hello all,

Hoping to pick someones brains, who has worked with the Product options/attributes section.
We are using it for a build your own water boiling tap on our website.
We have each option they can choose from, listed as a product with all information, but unable to buy alone online.
We then set up the build your own section above this.
This now wants to list all the options and combinations below the drop down menu and it looks terrible.
Anyone know if its easy to remove this and just allow customers to browse the options with all the product info, then head to the selection point to choose their own product options and add to cart?

Sorted it, no worries.

I just had to toggle off the layout permutation options in the options page of the attributes settings.
