    v16.0.2 looks like a bug

    just upgraded from v16.0.1 Friday

    All went well until we started dispatching Fridays orders (16th) today (19th)

    Will paypal orders it looks like all is ok

    With card payments when shipped and payment taken, it changes the order date on the screen to today's date as well as the Date Shipped i.e. both to the 19th but the printed invoice still shows the correct order date i.e.16th

    This is a bug and I've mentioned it before here with solution here. You need to go to Business Settings > Order Processing. At the bottom of that dialog box you should untick "Reset Date Ordered on Full Payment Received."

    I'm surprised the powers that be haven't flagged this in a sticky to be honest. They've known about it for weeks.

      I did ask support but they tried and then sated send a database, i think the trouble was they were using the exsisting data to try out

      Anyway unticked the box and checked with a few orders today and all is fine except one minor point

      The Administrator computer the refund button works OK but on the slave ones its greyed out, has anyone found this?

        We had this too . did you get it resolved Chris. Its a new part of the user set up - you have to enable refunds even on existing users!
