Wow the new support price for business plus at £250 per month seems a hell of a price admittedly you get upgraded as I see it the SQL database

My last support cost was about £100 per month which I thought was high but did include new versions about every two years but then charged extra for sage link

Maybe I need to look at raising my prices by a few hundred percent to get new customers

Is the normal support contract we have staying? or will we be forced on to the new system?

Hi Chris,

That includes more than support, it is the software cost and also your hosting. You can choose to continue to buy cover if you want to instead, I don't know if that price will go up as well.

Sellerdeck 365 Pricing

Just to clarify, Sellerdeck Desktop 365 is an integrated service. It includes software, support and hosting for a monthly fee and contract terms are typically 12 months. There are no up-front licensing costs, though some customers do pay us to manage the upgrade and implement the software.

It always hard to say whether something is "more expensive" or "less expensive". The offering is designed for businesses that need a fully integrated service and if that is your requirement then we believe it offers good value.

It is also worth mentioning that the cost of upgrading from "Business Plus" to "Business Plus for MS SQL Express" and "Enterprise" is typically several thousand pounds, so you could argue that this is a price reduction. Of course, if this is not your cup of tea you can continue to purchase Cover and a perpetual license if you wish.
