I have recently updated a website hay-and-straw.co.uk from 16 0 1 to 16 0 2, since when ordering and order payment download problems commenced. I am told by Sellerdeck support that 16 0 2 is not satisfactory for split site working. (I maintain catalog / customer downloads orders). Site setup to process payments immediately, orders made with valid card payment appear in 'pending payment service provider' order tab, payment is shown as paid in Sellerdeck Payments account but not in the sellerdeck orders tabs.
Some customers able to order Ok, some not able to place an order into shopping basket.
