ftp - Unable to Connect

Hi,
We migrated our website to a PCI compliant shared server but can't upload / refresh our website because the ftp is unable to connect.
We have been in contact with eukhost support and made sure our IP address is whitelisted. We can use FileZilla to (ftp) connect to the server successfully.
We're using the latest version of Sellerdeck 16.0.3 and have tried different setting without any success.
So we can conect using FileZilla but not Sellerdeck.
I checked that Norton wasn't blocking Sellerdeck and it wasn't / isn't.
Any thoughts as to why Selerdeck won't connect?
Any help would be appreciated.

Does the test in Network settings work & does the hosting site have the requirements sellerdeck needs

To expand on what Chris has mentioned...

Have you done a network test in Sellerdeck, if so what specific error was reported?
Can you post the exported network settings (without passwords)?
What hosting package do you have and with whom?
Have you confirmed that the package you have is suitable for Sellerdeck?

I think PCI compliance requires SFTP or FTPS as standard although you might be able to get away with using FTP with a detailed explanation of why you're unable to use SFTP or FTPS.
