Hi. I am hoping someone has experience with using components where the quantity used is greater than 1 (Component Details - Quantity used field).
I have tried to use it on a product which has 3 permutations (choices for the attribute attached to the component). I set it to 2. It appears to work on the surface when you buy any of the permutations under than component; the shopping cart shows the product being bought with 2 units, the price is doubled. When you complete the order the customer email shows the same and the downloaded order shows the same (2 units). All good BUT it only reduces the stock of the product by 1 unit (rather than 2).
If you associate a hidden product to a permutations the stock on the associated product is reduced by 2.
Has anyone got this feature to work correctly?
