Sidebar buttons, is it possible?

The section on the left hand side is our online shopping list, the main page content is for the service we also provide.

I have been trying to make the section menu have buttons for each section with the text in the middle. Make it pop out a bit more. Clicking the design themes option for buttons doesnt do anything when I select apply, so even my top level menu options seem unable to be changed.

Can anyone point me in a better direction for sorting this?

Is this a live website, or a test site?

The reason I ask is it took forever to load on my PC, well over a minute and it also had a broken https.

Maybe I visited whilst you were uploading, or refreshing.

I've just been to the website and it loaded in about 1 second

Loaded fine for me today, maybe there was an issue last time.

Still has a broken https though in my browser.

I had this on a previous post, having lots of problems with the sellerdeck we have.

Aside from that, any help with menu buttons?
